Morning: Marseille’s Old Town:
A Private Walking Experience. Your day begins directly at the Marseille cruise port, where your TJ Travels guides welcome you and gently lead you into the soul of the city.

Over a relaxed walking tour, we explore Marseille’s most beautiful and historic quarters:
• The iconic Vieux-Port, alive with fishing boats and cafés
• Le Panier, the city’s oldest neighbourhood, full of charm, colour and quiet corners
• La Vieille Charité, a hidden architectural gem
• The magnificent Cathédrale La Major, standing proudly between old and new Marseille.

Along the way, we stop for coffee, local bites, stories, and those effortless moments that make a place feel real. After the walking tour, the day opens up; and this is where TJ Travels truly shines.

Your Afternoon, Your Way

Option One: Cassis by Sea & Boutique Wine Experience
A short scenic transfer brings us to the water, where we board a private boat and cruise along the dramatic coastline of the Calanques National Park — sheer limestone cliffs, turquoise water, and hidden coves.
We arrive in the elegant harbour town of Cassis, with time to wander, shop, and enjoy a long, leisurely lunch by the sea.
The afternoon continues with a private wine tasting at a local Cassis vineyard, known for its exceptional white wines.
All tastings, drinks and transport are included — naturally.

Option Two: Cassis, Le Castellet & Bandol – Villages & Wine
For guests who love villages and wine, this is Provence perfection.

We travel by private luxury vehicle through the countryside to:
• Cassis for harbour views and coastal charm
• Le Castellet, a beautifully preserved medieval hilltop village
• The renowned Bandol wine region, where we enjoy a guided vineyard visit and tasting of world-class rosé and reds.

This is slow travel, beautifully done with plenty of time to savour each stop.

Option Three: Aix-en-Provence & Lavender or Sunflower Fields.
A truly iconic Provençal day.

• We begin in Aix-en-Provence, strolling through elegant streets, fountains and markets, with time for shopping and coffee on the Cours Mirabeau.
• From here, we head into the countryside to discover the famous lavender fields (June–July) or sunflower fields (July–August), stopping for photographs and a long lunch at a countryside restaurant or winery.

This option is pure romance and colour — a favourite for first-time visitors to Provence.

Option Four: Catamaran to the Calanques – Swim, Sail & Sip.
For a more indulgent pace, step aboard a private catamaran and sail through the Calanques.

The afternoon includes:
• Multiple swim stops in crystal-clear water
• A relaxed lunch onboard

• Optional onboard or shoreline wine tasting
