-
Leave Australia for Stockholm, Sweden -
Various flight options to suit personal needs will be discussed at booking. There are many airline and category options you can choose from.

Check in to your hotel and familiarise yourself with this sensational city; dubbed the Paris of the North! All the stunning Christmas markets will be lining the streets and Stockholm is one of the most fun cities in Europe.
-
Explore like a viking -
Join an included walking tour and boat cruise on the water (boats run if weather is permitting) to see the Stockholm from a different perspective.
A complimentary included group dinner will be on this evening to meet and greet all the fellow tour participants.

There is a non included option to join the original Stockholm Ghost Walk and Historical Tour if you dare.
-
Fly to magical Tallinn, the capital of Estonia -
Check in to your hotel and start exploring this amazing medieval city. Tallinn has a particularly interesting history from being taken by the Germans in WW2, to then being under Russian rule after the war so there is a very unique blend of food, culture and architecture.
-
The walled city of Tallinn -
Join in on a tour of the Old Town of Tallinn. The beautiful markets and the delightful Estonian food. There is a fascinating War Museum, the walled city to explore, wonderful shopping and night ice skating. The castle and tower around this walled city was constructed in the 13th century and became one of the strongest defence systems in Northern Europe.
A beautiful city to just be in the moment. Visit the old town in the afternoon and see all the gorgeous little shops with Christmas wares.
-
A special city -
A wonderful last day to explore Tallinn. Try some local Estonian food or take a day trip out of the city in to the Estonian countryside.
-
Today we cruise from Tallinn to Helsinki – the capital of Finland -
Helsinki is often an overlooked city on the usual European trail but it is a beautiful city, charming and understated. There is a ‘hop on hop off bus’ available if you want to get an overall feel for this unique city.
-
Explore Helsinki -
An afternoon optional tour around the city seeing the highlights - Helsinki Cathedral and Uspenski Cathedral. Plus a trip around the amazing shopping areas.
-
Helsinki day trip or museums -
There are some fascinating day trips to get out of the city or head to the fabulous Rock church which is a madern church carved from rock with a spectacular copper dome. The Paradox museum in Helsinki is also fun for a reality escapism.
-
Fly up to magical Lapland -
We head to far north Finland to the beautiful Rovaniemi. A magical wonderland to base yourself for 5 incredible snow days.
-
So much fun to be had in Lapland -
Book in for a Northern Lights Tour where you can be taken out in to the Arctic forest away from light pollution and you have a better chance of seeing the Aurora Borealis. It is possible to go further North up to Levi if you want a ski day or stay in Rovaniemi. The Arctic bus goes directly and regularly to the ski resort of Levi.
-
Too many activities to choose -
Visit Santa’s Village. Visit Santa, See Mrs Claus, go dog sledding, reindeer sleigh rides, jump the Arctic Circle line. The Arctic Zoo is nearby or you can chase the Northern Lights to see the Aurora Borealis. There is an excellent science museum in Rovaniemi which is a fantastic option for children. Enjoy the local cuisine (reindeer if you dare). Have a personal visit with Santa and photos.
All tours are booked directly out of tour companies in Rovaniemi (links will be provided) and are not included.
It is the Arctic Circle and you MUST be dressed for ARCTIC weather. It is amazing but dark and freezing!!
Please note all tour companies are able to supply correct gear for these activities but ski gear underneath is still advised.
-
The hardest part is what to choose -
If you have not see the ICE FLOATING ADVENTURE this is also in Rovaniemi with Beyond Arctic adventures and is absolutely crazy fun if you are feeling brave!!
There is also a spectacular horse riding tour through the snow (no riding experience necessary it is a gentle ride).
-
A day inmagical Winter Park -
Grab a tube or sled to head tobogganing. Hit the ice skates. Try cross country skiing. There are snow mobile rides and feeding reindeer. Ice karting around a track or just sit in a Kota (Finnish hut) and roast marshmallows. Or soak up the last day of this beautiful and otherworldly place from Sauna World.
-
